Delivery agent wrost behaviour.

Hello friends today I want to share my personal experience about Zomato media pvt Ltd.I feel the delivery fee and taxes are high.Zomato asks for High Delivery charges if the Restaurant is a bit far away from our home.The worst part of this app is that they don’t monitor the hygiene and food quality of the restaurant. Sometimes some restaurants serve staple food. When you try to contact customer care they only provide you with some additional discount on your next order. And if they credit the amount also it took 3 to 4 working day.But the management should look into as at times the restaurant takes the order but fails to deliver as it, as it was nearing the closing time.The one who comes to deliver doesn’t talk nicely, I am standing on the road and says if you want to take it, otherwise don’t take it.20 minute work is done in 1 hour.that’s why I don’t like it.
