Zomato is a very bad platform in online food ordering field. I ordered a couple of times from them and that was the worst experience of my life.
First of all, there user interface is very bad and there customer care service has crossed all the limits of worstness.
The deals they offer are considerably good but the quality of food and quantity of food is not acceptable as compared to going to the places and eating ourselves.
Once I ordered dosa and thali and after 40 minutes when I received my order then I was shocked to see, the food was cold and not at all tasty. I don't know reason behind it but I consider it to be there fault.
Overall, I will not recommend anyone to order from zomato.
And I do not believe the delivery man also, they can do anything with the food!
