SUPPORT LESS CUSTOMER CARE

WHEN LAST TIME I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALLED ME UP AND SAID THAT HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP ME AS I RAISED MY ISSUE AFTER 12 HOURS FROM ORDER TIMMING.


THIS TIME THE PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER IS THAT I RECIEVED COLD FOOD ALONG WITH THE CONTENTS SPLIIED AND MIXED WITH EACH OTHER.


DAHI, IN THE ORDER GOT MIXED UP WITH SHAHI PANEER.


I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE FROM MY ORDER & AS I HAVE RAISED THE ISSUE ON TIME. I HOPE YOU WILL HELP ME OUT WITH A PROPER RESOLUTION
