A Website full of error- Payment stucked

I am using Zomato since long as I have to place the order for my office team to give team party on special days.


Zomato always change there user interface and that makes it confusing most of time. Yesterday I was placing an order from Mehek corner by Zomato but my experience was really bad.


I have added the food items in my cart and went on payment page. I entered the card details and received the OTP. But while making the payment it got failed. I tried it again and the payment got fail. After 5 minutes I revived the conformation from the bank that my amount was deducted twice but the order was still not placed.


I have raised the quarry but I was asked to wait 24 to 48 hours.


Later I made the payment by PayTm. I am still waiting for the payment but not yet received. They have to work on there system and payment process. Hope will receive the payment.
