Last night I ordered a salad from Subway while I was at work. The salad was half eaten as I can say this because I order this almost everyday.
When I contacted the support team. Post numerous messages.they were least bothered to respond. Nobody even acknowledged my messages.
I am also from service industry and this kind of behaviour is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable.
Beware of the them. Check the food quality and quantity before accepting the orders.
