I have ordered 2-3 times from the zomato app and well I am still confused if the app is good or bad.When I first placed my order at zomato, I get a discount of 20% well I was a new user so I applied the new user code i.e CAPCM20.
The app was user friendly and mostly all known restaurants in my locality were listed there.So, I get to know there price rate and compare them and choose accordingly.After placing order I was given the restaurant contact number order number and the expected time of delivery.IN my case the person to be contacted called me back about the order and asked if I need the food to be normal or spicy.
The food was good and was on time.But the second time I ordered the delivery was one hour late and I can’t do much but only wait.Well, the food I ordered was good this time also.
What I am trying to say is that the app is user friendly and easy to order but the only drawback is that there is no fixed time for delivery.So, if you want a quick bite, then don’t order through zomato otherwise there is no problem.
