REJECTED my Order. Took my Money. No Refund or

ZOMATO holds NO LIABILITY to ANYTHING:- It is either Customer’s Fault or Delivery Guy’s Fault or Restaurant’s Fault. It is the second time it happened on the Zomato WEBSITE where I selected the Delivery location at the Beginning and it got changed to the Saved Address at the later stages. The Food was delivered at my Office Address rather than my Home Address(3 Kms away from Office). Last time I had to call my Colleague in Office, to collect the Parcel and have it himself. My Colleague enjoyed the Free Lunch while I payed the price. This time I decided to take the stand because I was pretty sure that it was not my fault. Also, I did not wanted someone else to have my Food while I have to pay for it. I told them that it is not my fault because website is changing address while placing the orders. I also told them that the website does not ask for the Delivery Location at "Check-Out", so we can never know where the order is going(Other websites does). The Customer Service told me that they tried to call the Delivery Guy but he is not picking the phone, so they have REJECTED my order as well as took my money. I emailed their "Ordering Team" suggested by the Customer Care and I got a weird reply that says "I Cancelled the Order" so I will not get the Refund. Rather than arranging a different Delivery Executive for this 3 Kms they just denied any liability regarding the same. My Order ID # 1413243831.
