I have been using Zomato since quite some time and delivery boys have repeatedly rang the wrong door bell in spite of clear address labels in the building. I have complained 5 times to Zomato support and no proper action was taken. I phoned the delivery boy and told him to come to the right address, but yet he rang the wrong door bell. The Zomato support refuse to refund the food charges from the delivery boy salary. They simply say it will not be repeated again. The entire Zomato staff is inefficient and incapable.
