I dont know who is cheating -I bought Veggie Zinger through Zomato and found it to be Rs.105 in the site whereas the actual price at KFC is only Rs.99.
When I asked for this price difference, KFC said, their internet price is different. But I see that they are charing for "Packing" separately(Rs.25) which is added to ALL taxes - VAT & Service tax and hence the cost is much much higher when you buy it online, through Zomato.
So its not only the packing charge which is a differentiator, you would need to compare each and every item with that of the menu card from KFC itself.
LESSON: DON’T look at the menu card that Zomato displays in their website. Better call the merchandise and ask them as if you are coming to the restaurant and validate that against Zomato price.
But Zomato’s customer service was good. They immediately took the call when I had called them for some doubts regarding delivery.
