Zoomcar.in us site for booking of self driven car. It is a very good option to go on a trip with friends in a self driven car. But my experience with zoomcar was pretty bad. We had booked a car for six people under 12 hrs plan of zoomcar. On reaching the pickup point, it was said to us that there are no cars available in the category which we booked. So we have to take 5 seaters. Anybody can understand 6 people in 5 seater car. This type of attitude of theirs are ridiculous.
Before that, once we had planned a trip but due to some circumstances we have to cancel it. But in cancelling the booking from zoomcar, it took about three months to get our money back which includes uncounted number of calls and emails to zoomcar. None of the online sites takes so much time for refunding. This type approach by a company towards its customers is not good
