While planning for outing with my friends, zoom cars were the first name that came to my mind. We were planning to go Goa, so we booked a honda city. Initially looking at the car our first reaction was that the condition of this car is quite good.
But soon after driving it for a few kilometers the car started vibrating out of nowehere as we were on a highway, there was no mechanic nearby that we could see. We drived slowly till we found mechanic and till that time the vibrations had stoped, The mechanic said the car was working fine.
But again after a few hours the vibrations started. So the trip was not so enjoyable as we were constantly worried about the condition of the car.
Thats not all, the worst part came when we were returning the car. The person checking the car was asking 2k extra for the scratches on the side of the car which were not done by us. He was not even listening to us when we told him that those scratches were there from the starting itself, when we took the car.
So we called the person who initially gave us the car and after quite a discussion with them, we gave them the key without extra charge.
But the service provided is very bad, as their employees are very rude and the condition of rhe car is also not that good
