Guys, please be aware of this fraud company called Zoomcar. We completed our booking on 12th Sept’20 and there was no pending payments from our end. Still our refund of 2999/- isn’t processed even after 5 months even after frequently sending them emails and tweets(you simply can’t call their customer care if your booking has ended, another evil ploy on saving their skin). There’s absolutely no response to the emails and on Twitter after telling a few times that refund will come in 2-3 weeks now they have stopped responding completely. Be wary of startups as their ethics last only till they gain our trust only to steal from us later.
