The concept is good but there are these flaws that are very common:
Vehicle is never properly clean, either interiors or exteriors would be dirty.
Promise is of high end version but you ll always get the lowest end version. All through they promised me Swift VDi and what they gave me was Swift LDi.
People sitting to deliver cars are half knowledgable and at the end you have no option but to take the care since you have booked it and paid for it.
Aux cable was not working although the car was pretty new.
They have removed GPS and even the holder for a phone. This is extremely disgusting.
Their chargers in the car hardly work.
They ll charge you with a hefty sum for even the smallest damages.
Things work at the whims and fancies of the person at the location. If he decides a certain charge for your damage, that is it.
They are not at all flexible. If the vehicle is not available at your location, then you need to go far, they wont arrange for it to be near your location even though they have a pickup point close by.
Call center people are not even aware if the car has seat belts in the back sear of if they have child lock.
Make sure that car is thoroughly checked(preferably with torch light, if its dark) or else you will end up paying for not your fault.
Interestingly if you want to book a car and want to talk to them, you wont be able to since only people with bookings are connected to the call center.
Having said all this, it is still a decent option but you need to be strongly on your guards. Dont expect much from them.
