I booked a car for a 2 day trip, I was not able to upload my DL online due to the application issue and called up Zoom customer car to take help, but to my surprise instead of helping me to upload the DL they are insisting me to cancel the booking or upload the DL in 1 hour. I was lucky that app worked after a while and I was able to upload the DL after sometime.
When I was about to pick up the vehicle, I have been told that there is a shortage of vehicles and hence I need to pick up the vehicle from a location which is 12km far from the location I booked, when I requested them to deliver at the location I booked, they denied and asked to pick up from the other location or cancel my booking.
