The worst thing about these services is that they take money in advance and also don’t give any option but of cancellation. I didn’t knew about this service neither heard of it but I was a first time user.
I had to go to my relatives and booked it and then I had to go to market so I immediately after 10 minutes called them to say that my location is changed and pickup address is different now but they said they cannot just change the picking location and of I am not there they will cancel the service and also there will be no refund I told them it’s just 2km more but they declined to which I had to face 300 rupees deduction for cancellation.
Which is ridiculous if they cannot even look after their customer needs and also cannot change course for few km and refund for cancellation this is the reason why I cannot recommend this. So no from my side.
