Zoomcar is nice idea for take a car on rent.But it have too much rules and regulation, to fill all entries and regulation it take time minium one & half hour and it goes to be 2 hours some time.
So if you are in hurry then you should prefer a cab beside zoomcar.
And it gives a time without any tolerence. If you take that car in a more trafficful city like jaipur, dehli then you should take more + 2 hours working time for this.
It is good idea but its implemantation is too worst.
