I ordered a KUV and soon after I got a call saying Scorpio was available. l was totally ok with it . I reached pickup area on time. The executive was co operative.But the Scorpio he gave me wasn’t clean at all.there was still few food particles on plastics of last customer. I had to go to a very very important function with my parents. Neither they liked the car . The performance of the car is great, no complaints on that. the handling , the condition. only the hygiene. please maintain that. As a doctor, to me Hygiene comes at the top. When I returned the car I saw another Scorpio , a brand new one which was very clean. I felt zoomcar should have given me that. My booking id was : JPS6TMWVQ Edit : A quick response !
