Book a zoomcar only if you want to spoil your plans. When I booked the zoomcar it didn’t come, after trying to reach them for more than 1 hour they finally called back only to tell me that there no car in my region. And two hours later I received a message from zoomcar that since you haven’t picked your car and your booking stands cancelled and no refunds are available. Cannot think of more a pathetic experience ever and such disgusting services.
