Recently I booked one car in Bangalore .and this is my personal experience with Zoom car
I had only one encounter with zoomcar so far and it was definitely not good. The car was not cleaned from inside and a lot of thrash from previous trip was still lying there. The pickup time as 5.30 am in the morning , so there was no one whom I could talk to. The checklist in the mobile app is suppose to have the picture of the car in the condition that they are delivering to us, but the App did not had any pictures and it didn’t allow me to submit the initial checklist too. SO I had to take it as it is. The vehicles are not owned by zoomcar. Its been lynked by people who want to rent out the car. In my case it was from Tata Motors . The vehicle had so much vibration that it was clear that the vehicle was used as a demo car or an accident vehicle refurbished by Tata motors and they are earling money on that car by lending it to zoomcar.
