My booking Id on zoom car is : KPS6VNO3Y .Zoom car customer called me number of times over phone and sent text messages to upload various documents to approve DL after receiving payment.I attached both and responded accordingly.Next day morning customer care executive kept me busy since 7 A.M till 9: 15 A.M in updating documents required for DL approval and completion of checklist.No body neither customer care nor executive told me to check my email regarding policies.
Despite the fact knowing that fact that I am first time user nobody informed me about policies verbally or by other way of communication.If someonw could have told me about this definitely could have checked email.N o instructions given by executive who handover the car.no sign or instructions mentioned on the dashboard or anywhere else in car.no warning message, no warning call by the customer care.
