My name is Siddharth Singh, I am from Pune.
I tried to book a Zoom Car [Suzuki Swift] in Pune on 5th of November by paying the booking amount of 1540 Rs.But my booking was cancelled by Zoom Car Reason they mentioned: My driving license was blacklisted . So I asked my friend to book the car from his ID and license, which he tried, paid and amount of 1900 Rs but this time also Zoom Car rejected the license saying that it is not visibly clear. But the DL photo was crystal clear. So both the time the booking was cancelled. But till now, after 15-18 days my refund has not been processed. I have tried their helpline numbers and mailed them numerous times but everytime they say- refund will be processed in 2 working days. And today I got a mail saying. Refund will be processed in 15 days.
My suggestion to everyone, People be careful while booking cars from Zoom Car.
