Yes. It’s simply pathetic in all respects
- Pickup time was changed in app by Zoomcar automatically. Despite requesting for clarification from customer service over phone and email, no one responded ( I have proof in case anyone is interested)
2.Car got changed without prior notifications. I was informed of the change only 4 hours before the trip starting
Despite multiple prior calls, I reached airport and had to wait for Two and half hours on the road waiting for car. The reason was driver reached late to pickup the car from host and car ran out of fuel enroute to airport. I was consistently being provided wrong information of the reason preventing me from leaving the airport
Car was filthy. Someone had chewed paan and spit on the door internal side. Internally as well it was dirty ( I have all pictures of anyone is interested.)
Overall pathetic service.
