Instead of booking taxi services, I took a trial of online rental services from Zoomcar.in. It was a poor experience and a horrible service from Zoomcar.
I booked a white Wagon-R for a one-day trip from Pune to Mahabaleshwar. They provided a booklet with rules and regulations that you must implement while using their car. The car had quite a few visible scratches. The rear-right corner bumper was broken and one of the headlight was low-lighted. I tried to contact their customer care but they weren’t responding well. Also, the car was vibrating at high speed on the highways.
This has been one of the worst experience in terms of online car services. Always go with taxi instead of rental services, they will offer more gaurantee.
