This was the first time I have used your services. Once the booking is done and amount is paid its highly impossible to get thru to your representatives. First of all, your customer service numbers on net does not work. I wasted about 2 hours trying to get in touch. finally I spoke to someone to get some more clarification as the pick up of the car was little far from the airport. I was promised that I would be refunded atleast one way travel charges by providing the bill( which I did in the app and also to the mail to Tushar). However sadly I got a reply by email that you wanted a recording of our conversation. Its really unfortunate that you dont take customer feedback seriously and dont believe in your services. you think that the customer always lie, but this time you have let your customer down and this feedback is going across all social media pages if I do not get a response to my refund of Rs.288 Such a pathetic unstable app you have which always confuses the customer and takes them round and round sending them no where.
