I’ve rented a car with these people
The car is not at all in good condition. I looked very well maintained form out side the car has no engine oil and brake oil and no coolant’s
They don’t even check the car status while giving it tje customer
The customer service is pathetic no one respond on time
My vacation got ruined with this car and I”ve spend my own money to get ig repaired
Customer service agents promised me that they will refund the repair charges but its a fraud
there is no proper channel to reach out to the customer service whenever I call the customer service then say only one thing that I receive a call from the back end team, but till today it’s been almost 30 days I haven’t received any call from the backend team
this is one of the worst service and please believe this company
The Company management is worst and they don’t have minimum commonsense to reply back to the customer emails.
