I decided to write this review after seeing other negative reviews which seemed a bit illogical. I have used zoom cars three times now, rented - E2O, Figo and Tata Safari. I have experienced the same consistent excellent service, all three times. Booking was smooth and straight forward, vehicles were clean and ready on time and the refund of deposit was on time as explained on their website.
All the rules and conditions are clearly mention and explained in detail on the website, in fact it is very simple - Small or big damage - your deposit is forfeited, which I think is fair. The deposit is Rs.5000. If you have owned any car before, you can understand that any body repair work(small or big) costs this much minimum(on average).
As far as the staff are concerned, they are very courteous and always explained everything in detail before my trips. All the booking, pick up an delivery process is automated through an online system(mobile app). Pricing is very affordable and a good value for money.
