I booked a ride on 18th and uploaded the DL copy after an hour. On 19th morning 2AM I got a message saying system has rejected the DL copy and the booking has been cancelled. After calling the customer care, instead of re-initiating the ride, they are offering 500Rs free cash. Even after all this now they are saying the money won’t be credited in my account but will be paid as Citrus cash that too after 15 days!
I encourage everyone not to book any cars and fall into traps like me.
