I Have booked Mercedez CLA from Zoom Car from my own wedding before 1.5 Month, was quite skeptical by reading negative reviews coz cant take any blunder on D Day. But sometimes high risk comes with the high return(My Backup Plan was also ready as u cant completely trust on such ventures those are operating in India). Hassel free booking. Smooth conversation with call center to understanding the process on the day of booking and 1 day before the D Day.
Booked CLA was new in zoom car crew so there was no’Zoom Car’ mentioned on car body so it was a cherry on cake for me
Points to be Consider Before -
Take 360 Degree Video of Car from your Smart Phone. - to avoid false claim while returning
Take ur License
Return Car Clean and Tidy - Otherwise ready to bear 300 INR
Try to book as early as possible
Rest is Smooth don’t worry enjouy. Every company want to earn nd want to make goodwill so b positive.
It was my first booking so may be I don’t find any problems but still there are many more trips scheduled via zoom car and will keep posted
