I hs the worse exprience wit Zoom Car it was my birthday night and we had to go gurgaon hotel and we were around 9 people and we had one car so one we booked fom zoom car it took around 20 -30 minutes for them to inspection which is fine. while they were completing formalities we took the pictures of car and even took a video of complete car. We left for our trip came back next morning even before our dead line. while inspecting they found a very small scratch down near tier that was not done by us, we were sure. we chceked the pictures and videos and that portion of car was not shot in the video. And they cut more than half of the money from the security that was 3k. for no mistake.
I had worse experience with Zoom car won’t recommend to any one they trick people using such tricks.
