Booked car 35 days in advance for a ten day trip in the 50pc off prono scheme
booked onward hotels, meeting with friends etc
got a mail on 22 that my DL picture is not clear and I need to provide details by 19 to avoid cancellation!( how can one go back 3 days in tome to meet their request?)
before I could call the customer care to undersrnad what the issue was, get another email in few minites that my booking is cancelled
the response - everthing is system deiven and they cant help . need to rebook at full cost as the promonoffer not there and no cabs available for those 10 days!
refund would take 15-20 days and they cant help if we have done oneard bookings
guys, I dont doubt their intention but it surely is run by clowns who make more money in keeping your money for 20 days as a float than providing service
deleting my zoom acount and would prefer more reliable taxi services
