Running business on faIse promises.not delivering wat was told.n kept me hook for about 2 months
I am totally disappointed by the worst customer support from Zoom car services pertaining to car booking ID JPS6EN3I9(dated 12/6/15) .
They didn’t refunded my amount till date. Whenever I call them they will say we will take on high priority and get back to me in 30 mins or mail me within 2 hours but nothing is done. I have called them infinite times till today from the date of booking for this issue.They did not come back.Its been already 2 months.Please don’t go for zoom car.
