Worst service I ever had in my life time we want to waynad water fall in the way to that waterfall in extreme dense forest our zoom car broke down we called on their number at 3 pm after that they said they will send a recovery van and a cab for us at 7 pm dark night they took that broken zoom car but they have not send any cab for us, only we people know it was how scary to stay in between the forest which is near to bandipur tiger reserve. every time when we call them we were getting the reply cab is on the way will reach with in 5 min .at 11pm night the cab reached at that place and set out from that forest .worst service .playing with the life .zoom car only care about their car’s life not of their customer life.never ever hire this
