Pathetic Customer service, poor product quality

Technical issues! Technical Issues! Technical Issues! with flipbook printing. Take the product off your site if you can’t deliver on time. Ordered 2 flipbooks, a coffee mug and a mousepad. Coffee mug and mousepad showed up within 3-4 days but no sign of flipbook. 6 calls and 25 days later flipbooks show up and this after I had paid for express service with delivery promised next day. Print quality of flipbook and 4x6 pictures suck. I can do a better job at home with my Epson picturemate personal photo lab printer. I have used shutterfly in the US which Zoomin folks seem to have copied blindly. Site is an abosolute mirror image of shutterfly. Now if only they could match Shutterfly’s customer service and quality. Ahh maybe I am asking hoping for too much.
