I have used zoomin a couple of times now for ordering different products from their websites. I was first attracted towards this service as I had got a coupon for a free 20 page flipbook. I decided to give it a try.
The designing application on their website is fairly easy to understand and use, and no sort of download is required to use it. You can use it directly from the browser. Moreover, they also store all the pics you upload so you don’t have to upload a picture again and again, in case you need it later.
The rates of all the products are reasonable, although not cheap. However, they always have some sort of promotion going on. So if you take advantage of the schemes wisely, you won’t end up paying too much money. But they add shipping charges at the end of your order, which usually adds Rs 50 to your bill. That is one thing which turns me off a little about this service.
The customer support is amazing, and reply quickly to your problems and satisfactorily too. They really want to make sure that every customer is satisfied. Also, your items are usually shipped within 1-2 days. Not much waiting time. I really recommend using this service to everyone.
