I ordered a few things and unfortunately I couldn’t make it at home in time to receive it. I thought the deliver guy/office person would call up and fire me for the inconvenience. More so that I might now call them again the next day - since it was cash on delivery.
To my surprise, they guy called up and when I told him I would be late, he left it at my neighbor’s house and said someone from office would call regarding the payment. Within 2 minutes they did. All I was told that I would receive an online payment link in my email.
It might be a little risky and silly to blindly trust customers like this, but they sure did win my heart. :)
