Got to know about this website through friends and through the internet. Ordered the items to be delivered in between 9 AM-12 PM slot.
However the product reached around 1:00 PM. Then while I was going through the items I had ordered, one product , Aroma Magic Skin Fresh Lotion the date on the bottle was already expired. Then I called them back and was promised a call back after an hour, never received any call, called them again, reached another person and had to explain the same thing from the very beginning that i want an exchange as the product they send has already reached the expiration date. He said he will call back, and a fresh product will be delivered before 03:00 PM and then no one called. I only had to call them more than 8 to 9 times to get this thing resolved, otherwise they don’t even bother to call back.
Then I am way too frustrated of calling, so emailed them which I received a reply that the fresh product will reach my place at around 06:00 PM, after which I waited and never received any call. Then call them back and they said that they cant deliver as the delivery guy is stuck in traffic. I wasted my whole day waiting for their call and waiting for the product to be delivered. I must say guys you must win an award for torturing the customer and wasting the customer’s time that too the entire day, I am writing this review at 08:20 PM after which they called me and said that cant deliver it today.
Hats off you to you people. Worst co-ordination you have between you people, worst pathetic service and worst products. This is the first time I am ordering and this would be my last time. I will never ever refer my friends to this website. Had the worst experience in my entire life after years of online shopping with different website this is the worst. On scale from 0-10 I would rate 0 for service, 0 for product.
Wasted my entire day.
