I had ordered some items today and the total amount came to 1440.30. One of the item was not delivered but they didnt deduct the amount from that, but luckly I noticed the same and deducted the same while making the payment.
Once they left I noticed that 3 items were overcharged. All 3 items in the bill had a greater amount than MRP. When I called them they mentioned that it was a mistake and said that they cannot return the money but can only credit zopie points for that amount, that too in 48 hours. I am still waiting for the amount to be credited to my account. Not sure if this is the way they make sure the customer return to zopnow with the quality of poor service they have.
Please check the bill with the MRP before making the payment if you choose zopnow and never do the mistake of paying in advance.
