I have placed grocery orders from Zopnow around 2-3 times before. I was always impressed by their promptness and quality of the products but that all changed on my last order which was placed on 18th Sep 2013. I had placed order for a bunch of products and had payed online but when I got the order (which came in that time frame) there was one item missing- a Lizol floral bottle. But I did nt get any call about it nor did the delivery guy tell me about it. Coz if they had informed me about it before delivery I might have ordered something else.
They had only sent a mail regarding the missing Lizol bottle and that I will be getting a refund in 6-9 days time. I decided to wait for a week, still no money, so I called their customer care, they told me that the process has been initiated and the refund will be deposited into my bank account in 2-3 days time.
So I waited for another 5 days and checked again still no refund, I called them again today and got the same response- the process has been initiated please wait for another 4-5 days. God alone knows if I will ever get my money back.
I mean how many days does one need to refund Rs 228.50?????
I would definitely not recommend Zopnow to anyone henceforth.
