They didn’t deliver all the items ordered.
Out of the items they delivered a few of the dairy items were expired.
One product had a free item with it worth 40 rs which was not delivered.
On noticing that the free item hasn’t been delivered, I informed this to Zopnow. Since then they have been making false promises and annoying by their numerous calls.
After two days their delivery boy finally delivered stuff but he still didn’t get the free item missing in the last order.
I have been ordering grocery online regularly from Bigbasket.com, their service seems to be way better than this. This was the first time I ordered at Zopnow, not sure if I would ever think of ordering here again.
