During diwali season there was big add from zotezo.com in times of india about XLR8 deodrants.
buy 3 in 180 ruppes.
I thought its good offer let us go for this.
I ordered and paid the money as there is no option for cash on delivery.
That was 26 Nov 2015.
It was expected to deliver in 7 to 10 days which was not period as other services are delivering in 2 to 4 days.
I thought its ok.
7 days went.10 days went . 15 days went .no product no call . nothing
So they have BEAUTiFOOL online customer support . so I wrote there @ delivery. I didnt get any reply.
After 2 days I called up the customer support. I gave deatils and asked for deliver. I was told there is shortage of the same product.and will be delivered in next 3 days
I thought its ok at leat I will get it.
After 3 days nothing happned.
After week mothing happned.
One day suddenly on their online traking system I saw the product is dispatched from Dehli to Pune
Wow. g8.something was happning after 15 days of order
For next whole week the product was travelling from Dehli to Pune.
During this period there was no single alert.sms. mail from zotezo.about delivery or status
on 17th december 2015 d g8 product arrived in pune to some courier Apex.
So I was eagerly waiting it to be delivered.
But for my surprise there was nothing from courier agency
I again I started following the agency n I was told my cell was not reachable
finally following them I got product after more than 1 month from order date.
The products were not nicely packed
Old bottles
If u apply it directly on skin it itches
It was nightmare
Dont go for zotezo
