Zotezo - Cheating and Fraud by showing huge discounts and Shruthisharma and not delivering products, stealing money
I was a regular buyer on Zotezo.com, and I thought they might take time but still resolve all issues order. I used to coordinate with Neeraj Tiwari(Snr Supply Chain) - 933 099 9059 but he wasted months of time and now they don’t even care to respond. They don’t even worry about consumer forums as they feel that they are the king and customer is beggar. Email ID is scm@zotezo.com
One Mr. Sarwar Alam(Customer Relations MAnasultanger) stepped in on 1st April 2015(now I think it was just a fooling technique as they started on 1st Apr 2015), but later he never got back with any resolution. His number is 933 934 6492. I was told in Aug that Sarwar Alam has left company but then I got an Out of office reply from his mail ID saying "On the holy occasion of Bakr-Eid I’m not in office till 26th Sept." This clearly shows what kind of fraudster this company and its employees are. His email ID is vrm@zotezo.com
Sarwar Alam is one of the most fraud person as he will give you sweet talks and then just hide from you showing he left the organization and not replying to you.
They have even gone to limits that for 44102 order, they delivered the product somewhere in Mumbai instead of Pune and marked product delivered to me in Pune. When I asked for POD, they have not got back to me even after 6 months.
They also delivered a box of products in crushed condition and have not provided any resolution for same.
I have exchanged around 60+ mails with them till now and about 5-10 calls, but still they are turning deaf ears to me. Refund Pending

COMPENSATION
Zotezo wasted my time and effort and caused me huge harassment from last 14 months. They must compensate by giving me complete refund of Rs. 3615 and also compensate for harassment caused to me for 14 months.
