So, I ordered a Semi-Pleat Green Khaki Top from Zovi.com 3 weeks ago.
My order was supposed to be delivered on 20th August.
Red Express is the worst delivery partner you could have. Surprisingly while I tracked my order on 21st August - I read "Not delivered due to no contact with the customer"
Firstly, I didnt receive a call from your end stating that the product would be delivered on the very date. And then I read Undelivered in my tracking status. Also, I had asked the Red Express Team to delay my delivery by 26th August which they forgot to mention, they say. I had to send the product to a friend of mine who was suppose to leave the country by 22nd. I got my delivery as late as 28th August. Learn to understand the essence of time-frame and punctuality.
This is a highly lagging attitude and zovi needs to understand that a delivery partner might severely affect the reputation of the company.
If you feel you have no better delivery partner; then you surely need to check out the quality of service the competitive brands offers to their prospective customers.
