As I was a regular customer of Zovi before my last buy, which changed my mind drastically, since I bought a number of items from Zovi, but last time I was intending (for first time) to return my order (cancelled it) and Zovi replied that I have to wait for 3-4 days for the pickup to arrive.
I did the needful things regarding packing, but it was 6-7 days..but no pickup arises. I again called Zovi, they said the pickup will be in 1-2 days at my residence, but yet no one came. I again called them.. same response, someone will arrive on the 9th day mail cam that I myself have to send it to Zovi (mentioning their warehouse’s address ). Since it was written that parcel/order should be returned within 10 days, so I hurried up to India post.. but they said that it wont be delivered in 1 day..
Then I rushed to First Flight.. & booked for urgent courier, for 250/- .. & got it delivered o them in a single day... but what they say in return that .It was your problem to deliver in 10 days to us, we have our policies, to make the postage refund in form of Zovi coupon only (valid for one month only) & for maximum amount of 100/- this means they are forcing me to buy next product within a month’s time...
So this is the way they made the fool out of customers. Because if I apply any discount coupon from third party.. they give me a minimum of 150/- discount then whats the use of this coupon I didn’t demanded for any coupons. Indeed a have paid in cash for it. So I need cash rather than the coupon...
So beware of this policy of ZOVI.
