I Wanted to share my experience which I had with all of you, regarding’ZOVI’ the online shopping site.

I was going through the mobile app of zovi and it was not designed as good as other shopping app.

The reasons why I disliked it -

1. App is not user friendly.

2. Prices are too high compared to other shopping app.

3. Shipping charges is also too high.

4. Some of the products are even not delivered to my city.

5. Delivery time is more then 1 week.(Which is too much compared to other app)

6. I ordered red tshirt and the delivered me a black one.

7. Customer service is all not up to the mark.

So, this all are the reason why I don’t like’ZOVI’ app for online shopping.

I would not recommend’ZOVI’ to anyone.
