I ordered a belt under order number 42VJQ on zovi.com on 13th nov and it was to reach my uncle whom I gifted it on his birthday on 18th November 2011 where as its 26th nov today and still there is no information from zovi.com.
I have written over 15 mails to them with no response from last 5 days...
The last mail just said that we will deliver the courier by 22nd nov and that we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. the best part is that I havent recvd any response to my further mails till date and also the number given on the site doesnt work from day one.
Its a one way communication and they can only talk to you or communicate once they wish to.
On the contrary I cancelled the order and asked for the refund to which also they are not responding at all and no refund is granted.
Beware of the new site ZOVI.COM.
Its after 4 consecutive warnings that if I am unheard by zovi staff then I will write it on various sites but they care a damn.
Really dont believe that in today’s era of service industry where big dot coms are competing with each other upon their services, zovi.com cares a damn to it...
