Skin tone seems to be fine with the 'default' profile. There might be some 'tweaking' done in the cam you tested. Else you can always shoot RAW. Standard batter is good for 500+ shots, you can get battery pack it will be a bit expensive. Lens depends on what lens you want. Its available in major ci read more...

Maybe you can checkout SX200 IS might be a tad over 20k. Its a so called pocket Mega zoom. Its really tough to suggest without knowing you requirement. You want a simple point and shoot ? Or do you want a cam that can let you do more ? DSLR's can be used as simple point and shoots. But lug read more...
Sounds good. I'd expect it to be the one with the non-IS lens. Better go for the IS lens that should be around 26-27k. Accept only sealed box.

Good review except for one point... don't tell that RXZ is not a well balanced bike...it must be the bike he tested mabye worn out shocks in the back...
