i had similar expereince like the same with hathway...best is if you have any money pending with tikona(that you are supposed to get)...do not pay their bills...they will automatically call you for collections & let them run after you...shortly someone will come to your place to collect modem for wh read more...

its very strange, i guess you should contact nodal officer or go to your nearest airtel relationship office & get little heavy on them...im sure they will do something
