Feel sorry for you. I am also customer of piramal. I suggest you contact their nodal officer if you are facing so many issues with company. I was also facing issue with partpayment but with help of nodal officer they could able to resolve it. You can get nodal officer details on company website.

What is the exact issue you are facing Prabha ? I had some refund related issues with Piramal, and by writing to their support team, it was resolved. If you want help write to their customer care team-- customercare@piramal.com

Sorry to hear this. You should escalate the issue with their Nodal officer. You can find the details on their website. I even faced one issue, and the team resolved it.
