Dear Sandeep, my point 3, i.e., gear problem is mostly seen in Glamour & Super Splendor. If you are talking about the good old Splendor, then I think you might be wrong somewhere or your problem might be unique. I too rode a Splendor for 3 years and confronted zero problems.
