Payment gateway is buggy (many times I need to call up customer support to say that payment is made and they manually set the status). Their backline and escalation team takes its own sweet time to respond. The ad in the TV about 'very sensitive to my needs' is very misleading. Yes, they do ship read more...
I agree. I had similar experience (still having). They claim to ship within a day, but their 'escalation' team cannot call back even after two days, third day running. Totally Agree. Worst ever credit card company. Their customer support is a joke. You could as well talk to a recording machine. If you get cheated by a fraudulent merchant, sir we cant help. If you are stuck at an Airport lounge and your card is not working, just when you need it, they will just say read more...
